Further Media Law Workshops

The defamation law workshop that Dr Laurel Mackenzie will be giving on Monday is in fact the first in a series of media law workshops that will run once a month through to February. The first three are core subjects that apply to almost any type of podcast, and the next two are more specialist.

I highly recommend that you engage with these workshops. Podcasting is a lot of fun but it also comes with some serious responsibility. If you're working independently then it's important that you understand the legal and ethical frameworks that have been developed around these key issues.
