Chamber Studios

I’m hanging out at Chamber Studios in Edinburgh today, doing some mixing. I’ve been working on the sound effects for a radio play. Today I’m trying to find a compromise between the speakers mix, the headphones mix and the smartphone mix. I have used the mixing method of turning off the panning and reverb to get the frequency balance correct and it’s definitely made my work more punchy.
